There are several ways to request an appointment with the physicians of Amarillo Bone and Joint and the Prompt Orthopedic Clinic.  You can call the Prompt Clinic at 806-242-2664 or Amarillo Bone & Joint at 806-468-9700 and have one of our admitting personnel assist you.  To facilitate the appointment process, please have your insurance card available as we will ask you about your coverage.

You can either come to the office approximately 30 minutes before your appointment time and complete requisite paperwork or you can download the forms by clicking on them on the left, complete them, and bring them with you at the time of your appointment.

We also require that you bring any recent X-Rays, MRIs or CT scans with you to your appointment.  You will have to contact that facility where the procedures were performed and sign a release for the films.  We would like to have the film and reports.  Without those films, we may have to reschedule your appointment so that we do not duplicate diagnostic tests.  In some cases, the films or techniques are not adequate and may need to be repeated.
